Patented SomaSole Foot Harness

The SomaSole foot harnesses allow a user to attach Link resistance bands to the feet, enabling hundreds of unique exercises. The harnesses feature a three strap design for security and comfort and adjustable straps so it can fit on any size foot. The SomaSole is an essential part of a workout bundle.
