Growth, Marketing & Brand

Who you get your product in front of and how you present your product are crucial not only to your top line growth, but to the lifetime worth of your brand. Telling the correct story to the correct people is often a difficult task. Over the course of my different businesses, we have worked on a range from bootstrapped marketing campaigns with piecemeal content and implementation to high fidelity campaigns with major firms and production teams. This includes go-to-market strategy, digital acquisition and acceleration, directing and producing work with professional athletes and social media influencers, designing and directing trade show booths, implementing blogger and micro influencer affiliate campaigns, radio tours and more.

Partnership building is of paramount importance, but is often thrown in with networking. Operations

Organization and Operations management are vital to the success of growing businesses. Successful organization enables both telescope, long term and microscope, short term, success. Utilizing different programs and techniques, my companies can keep every aspect of their business in focus, from selling tens of thousands of products, to managing patents and trademarks internationally, to working with professional athletes.

Operational Expertise: Management of Business Framework and General Legal Structure (ie when to use a lawyer), Intellectual Property Management of Cost, Timelines, and Strategy, Developing Basic Financial and Accounting Acumen for Startups, Supply Chain and Inventory Management, Sales and Marketing Strategy, Communication and Personnel Management.

Product Design

At the end of the day, the product is the piece of the puzzle that matters most. It is the foundation of a business. Particularly at a time of peak consumer awareness, every vertical comes second to the product. When referring to product, in both digital and physical product spaces, building a cutting-edge and groundbreaking product requires a deep understanding of the market, competition and best practices in the space.

Financing

Obviously none of the above matters without the financing needed to make the endeavor happen. The key to fundraising is relationship development when funds are not necessary, constantly updating your network, so they are primed when ready. Experience: Raised multiple tranche angel and seed rounds at valuations from 1.25mm to 4mm in Convertible Notes and Convertible Securities (SAFE).
