Design Thinking Conference: Designed, coordinated and conducted full day Design Thinking Workshop for 50+ interns from Engineering to IT/Business Intelligence. Led Engineers through broad Design Thinking explorations in the morning and a full length Design Thinking simulation in the afternoon from empathy research to brainstorming to prototyping (problem statement is proprietary information). Facilitated final Presentations of prototypes and user experiences to a panel comprised of CTO and direct reports.
