Spearheaded the launch and growth of Studio X, Royal Dutch Shell’s Global innovation studio reimagining the future of work in exploration. As part of this launch, we developed and brought to market three initial product businesses across data science, geoscience and entrepreneurship; Xeek, XCover and SixLab.

Responsibilities included:
Led development and implementation of growth market strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of Studio X, as well as three of Studio X’s first companies, Xeek, XCover, SixLab
Go-To-Market: trategy development and execution across digital, content/blog, and traditional PR
Coordinated Studio X public launch, press release, interviews/bylines and subsequent PR with one of the five biggest companies worldwide
Social media strategy and management across 10+ channels and three+ products; grew LinkedIn 1000x in first quarter from launch
Developed and implemented content and SEO strategy, including Studio X blog and first year of content
Product Marketing Management: MVT and A/B testing integrated directly with product development, branding and content teams
Stakeholder Management: coordinated and managed strategy and launch between internal Studio X leadership, fortune 100 company leadership and external agencies
Strategized, planned and budgeted SXSW soft launch with private VIP event of 50+ Austin All-Starts (Techstars Austins, Cottonwood Ventures PE, ATX Ventures, Austin Chamber of Commerce, UT Austin) - canceled due to COVID-19
Launched fellow/internship program for current MBAs
Managed $100K+ Marketing budget
