Spearheaded the launch and growth of Studio X, Royal Dutch Shell’s Global innovation studio reimagining the future of work in exploration. As part of this launch, we developed and brought to market three initial product businesses across data science, geoscience and entrepreneurship; Xeek, XCover, and SixLab. SixLab is a global incubator for energy startups and entrepreneurs 

Position Held: October 2019 - November 2020

Responsibilities included:

• Led startup acquisition through digital channels and network growth hacking, converted 8 startups through funnel in initial cohorts.

• Half of the startups launched pilot projects with corporate partner

• Established partnerships throughout Austin for community growth, brand development, mentorship

  • Venture Capital / Private Equity - ATX Ventures, Cottonwood Venture Partners

  • Austin - Austin Chamber of Commerce

  • Academic - U.T. Austin leadership and faculty

  • Events - SXSW

Key Milestones:

Launched pilot projects with select network of valuable leads

Built user base of 100s of geoscientists in queue for future projects

Drove Multi-Million value to corporate partner within first year of operations.
